Why I love to do my own cooking and not rely on take-out. Today we were busy and neither Helen or I felt like cooking dinner. Going out would be too much trouble so instead we opened the freezer, took out some home made pulled pork. Defrosted it along with a couple of rolls. Spent 15 minutes making a Greek Salad and had a great meal. Inexpensive, easy and took less time than going to a fast food joint.
