Gravy with that something extra

There is gravy and there is GRAVY

On Monday 11 July 2016 I'll be posting a youtube video on Making Gravy. But not just any gravy.
Last week I was talking on the phone to my Nephew Peter Entner. Peter is an award winning New York Chef.
I told Peter I had to hang up because I had to make some gravy for dinner. He told me to put the phone on speaker and he would give me some tips. I jumped at the chance
I make a pretty good gravy, but the  tips from Peter took it from good gravy, to gravy that was tasty as can be, while being silky smooth. 

He is a graduate of The French Culinary Institute. Also, the founder of the award winning Pizza Restaurant PeteZaaz

His new restaurant BOOMwich takes classic sandwiches and puts a gourment spin on them,using quality ingredients all made in house.

  1. Can you make Monday 11 July 2016 come any earlier please? Oh yeah, you will be doing that since you are in Australia and I'm in USA.

    I used the link to BOOMwich and almost at the page with the great looking Cuban on it. Another reason to visit NYC.
